It's finally happening, PiGSty Cup at my house!

When: Saturday, 11th June. Start time: 10:00am
Where: Lidcombe, near the station, I will meet those who're coming and bring them to the house or msg them my address privately
Prizes: Might have some gear to giveaway, but otherwise just come for the #Passion, bbq, beers and community!

The event will be run at my place and we'll be aiming for a HomeStory Cup sort of feel - minus so many top pros in attendance of course. We'll set up the players in one area and the stream in a separate room with a couch where we can freely rotate everyone taking turns at commentating and talking about the games. At the same time we'll have a bbq set up outside throughout the day so people can socialise over sausages and beer.

If logistics/signups allow we might split the tournament into different skill categories, OR do a swiss format. If you don't know what a swiss format is basically it's awesome and amazing and means everyone plays the same number of games win or lose and automatically gets matched with the closest skill opponents. However we'll need quite a few PCs to get that working.

Even those not wishing to compete can come along to socialise and watch, but this is a fun tournament, nothing insanely serious so the more playing the merrier!

It's been a long time since we've had a Starcraft LAN in Sydney outside of ACL (which I've missed the last 2 times in a row!) so I'm really looking forward to catching up with old community members, and meeting new ones. Hope to see you all there!
