Some of you guys may or may not know, i've started to play again(casually) in recent weeks and I've noticed that battle.net has completely changed with it's interface and chat channels. I find it harder than ever to actually 'socialize' on it, so my question was, are there any particular channels people hang in from the original sea server?
The 'sc2sea' and 'mGG' Group chats on NA are still semi active. I would still encourage people to use them as meeting points. But yeah most of us use skype a lot more than the in game chats. Unless you are using a clan group chat.

"and we'll invest more on Bots, as our first Trial bot, the 'NemBotElie' was a huge success, organising tournaments and being part of the Council of mGG. But there are a few bugs in which the bot cannot go past the skill level of a Platinum Protoss." - PaRAnorMaL
At this stage the many many "Starcraft chat" I'm involved in has become either a meme central or just looking for people to queue in Counter Strike with.
It's really hard to be as involved as you'd want to be in SEA Starcraft scene now. Only way is to make some friends and make your way to the top of the Skype groups.

fair enough - i'll keep note. Bnet doesnt seem as social as it used to be. I really hate how they got rid of chat box's. I loved these as it reminded me of the ICQ/msn messenger days.. sigh
