It's time for the 4th Hairy Bash! As with the previous Hairy Bash, the top 3 competitors will automatically qualify for the Hairy Smash!

Prize Pool:

1st Place - 125 OSC points + $100 AUD + Hairy Smash spot
2nd Place - 85 OSC points + $50 AUD + Hairy Smash spot
3rd Place - 50 OSC points + $30 AUD + Hairy Smash spot
4th Place - 30 OSC points + $20 AUD
5-8th Place - 5 OSC points
9-16th Place - 2.5 OSC points

Signing Up:

All players are welcome to sign up, regardless of league.

Post your NA ID, Account most known by (If different from registered account, eg SEA, KR ID), Team/Clan and Country.

Signups will close at 11.45am AEST on Saturday 16th August, Brackets will be finalised on challonge.com shortly after.

If more than 64 players have signed up, then the remaining players will be placed on a waiting list, and may be invited to compete if any of the top 64 players are absent.

All participating players should log on and join the "Hairy Bash" group in Starcraft 2.

If a player is more than 15 minutes late in the first bracket, they may be replaced by a player in the waiting list. If there are no players in the waiting list, they can be counted as forfeiting that game. (At the discretion of their opponent)

If a player is more than 15 minutes late for their game after the first bracket, they can be counted as forfeiting that game. (At the discretion of their opponent)

If you and your opponent wish to leave the Hairy Bash group while playing your round, or wish to move to a different server, you must notify the admin first. This is to avoid the circumstance where both you and your opponent are mistakenly marked as late/afk, and being counted as forfeiting your round.

If a player disconnects, then the game should be continued using the Recover Game feature. If the disconnecting player does not return online within 15 minutes, then they can be counted as losing that series. (Again at the discretion of their opponent)

REPLAYS SHOULD BE EMAILED by the winner to xhairymuppetx@yahoo.com.au for Quarter Finals and onwards. The replays should be renamed to be of the format "PLAYER1 vs PLAYER2 - MAP - GAME#". (Or at least there should be some indication in the e-mail of the map order played)

The prize money will be distributed via PayPal. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners should message the administrator with their PayPal details (e-mail) after the tournament has concluded. Winnings will be sent out in the following week.

!!!IMPORTANT!!! As my main motivation for running these tournaments is to cast the replays on my YouTube channel, obtaining the replays from the winning players is my highest priority. In keeping with this, the distribution of the prize money via PayPal will be dependent upon the submission of the replays to xhairymuppetx@yahoo.com.au by the winning player. Replays can be submitted as part of the tournament, or any time soon after the conclusion of it.

OSC points will be awarded by an administrator of the Oceanic StarCraft 2 Championship Series after the conclusion of the tournament.
