Grand final is best of five. Tournament Eligibility: You must be in the bronze, silver or gold league (1v1 - SEA license). Non-BSG players will be disqualified. Allowing a player higher than gold league to play under your account or partaking in activities that keep you in gold despite having higher skill level will get you reported to Blizzard and banned. You are required to have a SC2SEA account. Register here. Battle.net Chat-Channel: "sc2seaBSG". It is accessable at all times and used as a training channel for our BSG players.
Maps:
Maps will be a series of maps from the ladder map pool or by the admin’s choice. The maps will be decided and posted on the main post of the specific BSG tournament. Prize Collection:
Winner has to decide which coach they would like to learn from, from this thread . They would then have to message AsylumofSouls with the name of the coach of preference.
Tournament Eligibility:
You must be in the Bronze, Silver or Gold league (1v1 - SEA license) and you must be active on ladder.
Everyone will be checked for typical smurf activity designed to keep them in a lower league.
You must contact your opponent on Battle.net preferably by being in chat channel "sc2seaBSG" to play your match
You have ~15 minutes to start your Round 1 match; anybody that is not contactable after 10 minutes will be disqualified. This 10 minute timeout rule applies throughout the tournament.
Tournament admins or official streamers are always allowed and the only ones to observe your game
You must play your ladder race during tournament or switch to random; there is no switching back from random.
Problems/Questions: When in doubt about anything, contact an admin
Reporting Results: After the match has been played, you must report the result by pm to an admin
Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game must be replayed. If a player disconnects for a second time, his opponent will be awarded a free-win. A win may also be awarded if the player that disconnected was significantly behind at the time of disconnection. Contact an admin if you would like your game/replay reviewed.
Pauses: You must notify your opponent in game if you wish to pause. This pause should not exceed 5 minutes. Excessive pausing in game may lead to disqualification.
Bad Manner will not be tolerated. Anyone caught BMing will be warned. Further offenses will lead to disqualification. Any racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language may lead to removal without warning. We are a friendly group and I'd like to see it stay that way.
Replays: Should be saved at least until the following tournament. Anyone asked by admins to provide a replay who cannot do so will be disqualified.
Q) Do I begin my RoX matches?
A) Yes, unless I have asked you to wait so I can bring the streamer/caster into the game, please begin your game(s) immediately.
Q) I can't find my opponent?
A) Their battle.net name and character code should be in their sc2sea.com profile, if it isn't, try finding them via the chat. If you have no success tracking them down, please contact tournament admin before 15mins has passed so they can be replaced. If you fail to contact an admin, you will both be disqualified and replaced.
Q) What map am I on?
A) Please refer to the rules and regulations of the tournament.
Q) I'm ready for my RoX match! Where is my opponent?
A) If the bracket hasn't been updated, it means your opponent is still in-game on his current RoX match.

A) Please refer to the rules and regulations of the tournament.

The rule for not letting previous winners participate again was only introduced when the BSG Cup (with prize money) was announced. So it's technically only people who have won in the last month or two who can't participate. So the guys who have won twice got their first win before the BSG Cup introduction. AFAIK. Please note I am not an admin or anything, so don't take it as gospel, but I'm fairly certain that's the deal.
Hey Guys.
If you're having trouble signing in to participate (as I and many others have in the past) try going through the "tournaments" tab up top and heading to the tournament homepage.
From there you can follow the link to any tournaments awaiting players.
