The most prominent factor in PvZ is bullshit cheese, seriously, this can cover allins as well as cheese~ Hitman is a perfect example with his many allins that are refined to near perfection it seems almost unfair when he steamrolls zergs.
This type of PvZ requires perfect chrono usage (even for 2gates and whatnot) as well as having a firm grasp of what's good on each map
I mean, cannon rushing is terrible on some maps that are good for 2 gates right?
The all-in portion of this style is basically all of the cheesy factors (chrono, knowing the maps) as well as very heavy on the micro.
Long term "macro games" are the toughest for a Protoss player to master, but yield the greatest rewards, look at the likes of Fighto and Probe, chuck Pezz in there because also knows how to throw a few punches after 15 minutes in game.
This style is something not enough Protoss players do, opening nexus first and just being greedy in general is something Protoss players really need to learn how to do
Before I ramble too much and make no sense, here's the tl;dr -
Use each map to the best of your abilities.
Micro units like every game is a tournament final.
Macro like storing Chrono and resources can kill you.
And just generally try to perfect everything.
Protoss is a race that requires perfect execution, regardless of whether it's microing 2 zealots or taking your third at the right time, with perfection comes victory.
1. Scout often to find the nests and identify type of bugs.
2. Defend home and purchase appropriate bug sprays aka unit compositions. Some pesticides are costly so earn enough money aka build eco to purchase the right pesticides.
3. Apply pressure to slow down spread of bugs infestations aka hatcheries.
4. When eco is sound and you have the right pesticides, KILL!!!! LEAVE NO BUG ALIVE!!!!

But don't worry if you don't have perfect execution.. because you can easily recall, forcefield, make DTs or any of the other wide array of 'come-back' and 'get out of jail free cards' that Protoss have at their disposal.
