Players who are 15 or more minutes late from the start time will be disqualified and their opponent will be given an automatic win.
Spectators will be allowed, however permission must be granted by both players in the current match-up.
Referees and casters will be allowed to spectate all games.
If any disconnects occur within the first two minutes of game-play, the match will be replayed. However if the disconnect occurs after two minutes of game-time, then it is up to the discretion of the player who did not disconnect to decide whether the match will be either: A) replayed, or B) forfeited.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in a disqualification.
All replays of the winner need to be sent to the admin overseeing the tournament, furthermore any disputes will be handled by the admins in charge.
If an unlikely scenario occurs, the admin(baka/rlscure) and head admin's(nirvana) decision will be final and can overide any of these rules.
First Map for every round - Xel Naga Caverns. Bo1 until Ro16, then Bo3.
Map pool will be TSL maps with 1 veto each per player.
Winner vetoes first followed by loser who then picks map.
We will be following the example set by TSL by using this extremely balanced map pool. Hopefully more competitions follow suit as well and this becomes the standard
