Ian of Yoe Flash Wolves is an under the radar player, but an exceptionally good one. He proved this by sweeping a rather tough group. PSiArc followed him out in second place. The relatively unknown Nice was able to defeat the Australian hero in this group, Probe. Nice may be unknown but he proved some great talent by beating SouL 3-0 in the Up and Down matches, beating Probe 2-0 here and also taking two games off PSiArc in two different series. He was eliminated today but if anyone has any interest in the Taiwanese scene, he may be someone to look out for.
Frustration and PSiArc, two people with sick results in these weekly tournaments have been picked up today by Dynasty eSports. You can read the announcement here www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?p=177763
Eastern StarCraft 2 League Ro8 Preview
Samsung.Hurricane vs eCKo'Azure
An interesting match-up featuring a Korean vs an Australian hero. This isn't some third rate Korean who can't even break into GSL, this is the real deal. This is a legitimate player who sees plenty of booth time between GSL and ProLeague. Azure's best match-up is his TvP, but even the best TvPer in SEA would have a LONG way to go to be close to hitting Korean level. If Azure plays his absolute heart out, and uses every single trick in the book and cuts every conceivable corner to gain an advantage and manages to get away with it, then I could see him taking a game. However, the Korean factor is too huge to overlook and I have to say an emphatic 3-0 for Hurricane.
Samsung.eMotion vs DynSL.PSiArc
eMotion is a mid tier Korean. He has not made any waves in individual leagues, however he has seen play in ProLeague before. He is a solid player who will provide a considerable challenge for PSiArc. Now, the Japanese Terran is no stranger to dealing with Korean Protosses. Late last year, he played two Bo3s against Axiom's Alicia, who is a more accomplished Protoss player than eMotion. PSiArc came up short both times, but he was able to take a game on both occasions. This is a good sign, and a clear indicator that PSiArc has what it takes to defeat mid level Korean Protoss players. That said, eMotion is still very strong and although it wouldn't be a huge upset for PSiArc to win here, it is difficult to imagine him doing so. eMotion 3-2
DuSt.Spear vs Samsung.Armani
We have our highest level Ro8 match here, featuring two skilled Korean players going head to head. Spear is a frequent face around the SEA scene, and, although he can be slowed down, has never truly been stopped. He's taken out SEA's best such as KingkOng and PiG before, showing that he has some great skill in the TvZ match-up. However, Armani has much more experience in high pressure situations and frequently plays/defeats genuine top level players. It's hard to look past that kind of experience, although a Spear victory is fully possible. Armani just has more name value, more experience, and likely more skill. Armani 3-1.
PSISTM.EnDerr vs YoeFW.Ian
SEA's online tournament hero comes face to face with another player who was underrated for a long time. Recently spending some time in Korea and getting slightly better results, Ian is a strong Taiwanese Zerg who is desperately trying to overthrow Sen as the No. 1 Zerg in the country. As of yet he's been unsuccessful but he's still continuously trying. This mirrors EnDerr's quest to become the best Zerg in SEA, in a few ways. They are both very similar kinds of players and a match between them should be quite even, and normally I wouldn't know who to call this for. However, EnDerr and Ian played at the MSI Beat It tournament last year, where Ian defeated EnDerr twice, with a 4-1 score total. This may or may not play a factor into this series, but you would have to think that if Ian was able to win before, he can do it again. Ian 3-1

I don't know if it's just me, but I don't think you should keep the upsets and almost upsets section. Doesn't really add much to the article for me. But if other people like it then fine by them.

I actually consider it the most important part of the article, honestly.
