This Masters Cup is a single elimination style tournament for Starcraft 2, Heart of the Swarm. $100 prize on offer to the winner, $50 2nd prize, $20 3rd $190 prize pool*! SEA Power Ranks is the system we shall use to determine seeding. SPR allocats points for placing highly in tournaments such Masters Cup, wT Weekly, and other online sea tournaments. These are then added to a players career total points to work out our tournament seeds. Masters Cup is one of, if not the toughest event in our region, so points will be given from 1st to 16th place to reward those who finish highly, but might just fall short of the 1st-3rd cash prizes. It also serves to reward regular participation.

Date: Sunday, 6th of October, 2013. Time: 4pm AEDT, 3pm AEST, 1pm SGT Location: SEA Battle.net region. Tournament Eligibility: SEA residents + citizens only. You must be in Diamond, Masters or Grand Masters League on any server. Lower players will be disqualified. If you missed out on pre-registering, the late replacement channel shall be sc2seaMCx. DevianT shall be organizing replacements, message him in game or talk in channel.
· All results must be PMed to DevianT.811 or TAXanT.665 in-game.
· Players who are 15 or more minutes late will be disqualified, if a replacement cannot be fount their opponent will be given an automatic win.
· If any player disconnects occur the match is to be resumed via replay. If a player drops twice on the same game, (G1,G2,etc), it is their opponents right to take the map win, If both players don't agree to resume the map again.
· Any disputes will be handled by the Admins after reviewing all associated replays.
· Any inappropriate behaviour will result in a disqualification.
· Players must have their own account, playing on a friends is not allowed
. You are allowed to switch races
. If you are lucky enough to win two SEA Masters Cups in a row, you must take a break from the next SEA version. Just so we can spread the wealth and glory around. International editions are exempt.
. Non SEA residents/international players can join every 3rd 'open' Masters Cup. The 2 beforehand and 2 following are just for SEA players to compete amongst themselves.
