Look forward to seeing more details on the qualifier. Just a quick question, and these details may be available in the final qualifier information thread, but will it be region locked to residency? or citizenship? for example, can Petraeus, iaguz, PiG or glade (who are or will be living outside of the region) qualify and represent the region at this tournament? Or is it residency base? so they won't be able to and KingkOng will? or is a mix of both?
Good stuff either way, just curious how it might pan out.
