I know there is a guy named pikachu that can help on TL but i have PM'd him and he didnt reply =(.
I'm happy to pay for it obviously, but i just dont know how to get it. If anyone can help get me one or point me in the right direction i would appreciate it =)
There used to be someone on eBay that could get them for you. May I ask why you're trying to get one though? Wouldn't it be better to get good enough to compete at a high enough level first?

Yeah IMO the main reason to get a KR account is because the total skill level there is much higher. I've noticed that most of the people that have them are either masters or GM on SEA/NA.

I'm currently mid to high level masters. I just wanna improve faster and i think a KR account would help and i wouldnt mind bein expo'd to it. Hence my request
I have a korean account and I can honestly say the level I play at, there's still better players on SEA at my level (Diamond players on KR have been roughly High Masters / Low GM on SEA). They have a different way of addressing situations is as all. For instance a lot of Zergs LOVE using Mutalisks vs Protoss.
The other thing is there's a lot of cheesing compared to SEA which some of them can disguise very well.
Korean server has a very different metagame, you may have seen the korean zerg players pool before hatch in the GSL - thats because Terrans always always always open bunker rush against zerg.
I sometimes play on korean server when I go to a net cafe here but honestly don't know how much better you will get except at cheesing / counter cheesing
