check out day9's archives for his old strategy discussions on zerg
the second link stated above is much more concise but the first one shows the stuff right up to the latest released video, there's LOTS of content there so take your time, and to internalize, you might have to watch some stuff more than once, and practice practice practice, nothing beats practice.

check out this TL.net forum, its a treasure trove of strategy. there's TONs of stuff there and you might end up getting lost reading all of it, but remember, just start playing first, once you understand more mechanics, some of it might come to you more naturally, no point learning the minute differences between a 10OL with extractor-trick, vs a 9OL. Beware, the biggest collection of nerds on the planet who play starcraft 2 will congregate on this forum. And some articles are so insanely well written and the math/theorycrafting done so impeccably well it might blow your mind. But all these minutae probably don't really matter in a HUGE way unless you're Pro standard, or like top of the ladder.
So. I recommend you just start with day9, then search the forums for some tips on Z matchups, ZvT, ZvZ, ZvP and know what does zerg do each race. Probably start to learn one strategy for each matchup first then progress from there once your knowledge of the matchup goes up! Cheers and happy playing SC2!

Day[9] is a big help, especially for newer players but his advice is applicable for everyone. Try watching replays on YouTube, they can help alot. There are a load of games on there, and finding high level and quality games isn't that hard.
More importantly, PRACTICE. Zerg is an incredibly hard race to play, so your focus should stay on working out timings and builds that are effective against different races and in different situations. Not laddering and staying to playing against the AI to work out solid builds can help alot.
if its timing practice you want, you can go to the custom maps section and search for YABOT (yet another build order timer), and you'll be allowed to go into a sandbox mode where you literally can practice certain builds, i found that very helpful
