PHT is the same time zone as SG so , 5pm PHT is 5pm SG

this might clash with our SEACL games slightly, how lenient will admins be with waiting?

i am not an admin of the tourney, but if you tell the admin your situation i think they are able to delay the tourney a little bit maybe around 15 mins, like they have done so in the past. So just join channel ons and try to find one of the admins of the tourney in that channel.
