Brisbane Dota 2 fans as you may know the International 3 is around the corner. Can't make it to Seattle? That's ok, we'll be running a great no-cover-charge social event within Brisbane during the tournament.

The event starts at 10pm Sunday night, where we'll be restreaming the best games from the previous rounds. At 5am, the live stream will kick off and we'll be watching this epic grand final to the world's largest Dota 2 tournament.

The event will be held at the Pig and Whistle in the middle of Queen Street Mall. The venue is easy to find and is right outside David Jones. Here you'll be able to order drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) as well as get some delicious food. Sorry due to liquor licenses, no alcohol can be sold between 2am and 9am.

The event is officially supported by valve and is a part of a series of events around the world called "Pubstomp". If you haven't already you can find our event listed on ( http://www.dota2.com/pubstomps/listings/ ).

+ [Flinders FACTS presents The International Grand Finals] +

Flinders Film, Animation, Comics and Television Society is happy to announce that we will be screening the Dota 2 International at Flinders University! The International is the biggest e-sports event in history, with over $2.7 million USD in prize money.

- Entry is FREE to all including the public! Parking on campus will cost $4.20 for the day, enter through Carpark 4. Buses run until 11:38pm from City to Flinders Uni (G10 Bus).

- Flinders Uni students, show your support for campus culture! Together with FUDGE (Flinders Uni Digital Gaming Enthusiasts) we will continue to do events like these if support is shown!

- From Midnight we will be showing the road to the Semi and Grand Finals, with the Livestream starting at 4am, games starting at 4:30am. Packup at Midday unless otherwise noted. The grand finals will most likely run from 7:30am till midday, depending on scheduling. You are welcome to come at any time!

- Soft Drink and some Energy Drinks will be on sale, BYO snacks and comfy chairs if you want something better to sit on than Uni chairs! Vending machines are outside but are expensive.

- Unfortunately due to Flinders Uni's policies, this will be a Dry Zone event. No alcohol is allowed near or inside the lecture theatre. This will be enforced by campus security. Sorry!
