Hi all, I've made a few posts on the battle.net website but I thought I'd add one here too since more people check this website. A lot of my friends have been having this problem lately since yesterday. They can log in and chat to their friends but can't join channels or play any multiplayer games or campaign. What is the problem and how to resolve it?

bug started yesterday for many people but has been around since release of starter edition
resetting your password should fix it up

just folo the thread posted by Tazerenix and do all 3 steps. it worked for me. just that now i cant change my email again... lolz~

this happened to me yesterday but today i can login in so it looks like it fixed itself.

don't change email

only need to reset password.

The clock thing is a crock of shit

I got this problem too, but on NA server. Still haven't fixed it. I doubt if resetting my clock would help...

like FaDeMeatex said in the above post, changing password does the trick. I did it and now it's working fine.

Yea my friends and I have the same problem too.

Now the thing is once I reset the password, blizzard sent me an email which has link to a page where I need to request for password reset again.

In Blizzard email, it never mentioned a new temporary password.

Now I can't even login to manage my account.

You just login to the site and select change password
put old password and then new password and you are done
