Finals: 01/04/2019 7:00pm AEST
Rather than a traditional ladder format like in previous seasons, we are moving to a weekly schedule where 2 to 3 matches will be played every Monday Night at 7pm AEDT.
Finals will be a top 4 single elimination in a Bo5 format, except for the Open Division. They will play a top 8 single elimination final in a Bo3 series.
Players will qualify into three divisions from direct invites & a FFYI tournament.
FFYI (Fight for your invite)
To determine the invited players to the top divisions, we will be holding a qualifier on February 2nd to determine who gets placed where. Matches will be Bo3 in a Double Elimination bracket with the top 12 invited to their respective divisions. Once this initial season is over and have we a solid record of player results, we will introduce a much more stable relegation system rather than a mass FFYI.
Players should sign up for the open division in preparation for the season, and if you get invited to a higher division, you will be moved up there from the open div.
